Great job guys, excellent to catch up with plenty of forum members. Had a great laugh all weekend and got to take Bomber for a ride in my car.
Still have a sore neck from checking steering column date codes.............................

Which LC/LJ picked up the gongs? I didnt have a clue which ones won or if they were 4 doors or 2 doors!
The suggestion that came from the preso, was maybe a screen with a photo of the winning car running as you announce the winners, would make the day perfect.

Caught up with lots of names from here and put faces to them, Thanks especially to Chris (ASSTorry), he picked me up from the motel and allowed me first to join him on the cruise and then i got to drive. ( absolutely sweet car too !!)
So without naming names,( Chris, wayne, keith, howard, tony, Paul, T, Gong, Graham, etc) thanks all for saying g'day, thanks for the comments on my hatch and targa, and most of all thanks for the many offers of accomodation and support for next year.
To all the WA guys, lets gat together seriously about bringing some cars over for 2011. I know i'm coming back!
Thanks also to Mick Mc. ( He knows what for and i'll refrain from embarrasing myself further!)
Best wishes to Tiny and Simmo, appreciate the offer, sorry i couldn't take you up on it ( work again )
And datto, how is it we have to fly to the other side of the country to spend a couple of hours together ??
Finally, to Dr Terry. Thanks. You are a gentleman.
welby

I offered you some cleaning products so you could clean your car and you might have won best UC.
I wonder if your car was over looked as a UC due to the fact it looked like a LX?

We picked up (well in mums name for the day!) runner up LC/LJ competition.

Hey, that was also my idea. It would make it so much clearer to see what car actually won.
Did that amazing yellow hatch pick up a price? You know that gold pearl on yellow base colour?
It looked like the paint was alive. I also really like a fluro green slr 5000. That was amazing.

I only saw you when I walked away from picking up the trophy and you were yaking then.
My wife and kids come along, but I sent them home as I was too busy yaking with people asking question about the RB25 conversion. Most common questions were.
-Is it quick?
-Was it hard to put in?
-How much did it cost you?
-Where's the inter cooler?
-Is it turbo charged and where's the turbo?

Had a few drinks with him on Saturday as well. Funny guy and an amazing effort from him and Cruiza to come all the way down.
From memory they are in Bathurst today.

This one, beautiful car, was not a fan of the yellow striping around the edge of the dash.

I got runner up "Best NEAR show"....parked out in the street and there was a better car in front.
What was the story with the rev up at midday? did it have to get dulled down?

i dont know about lc chris as they were judged as best lj and runner up lj..lc was done by another sponser....as a major sponsor i judged the strike me pink lj sl entrant number 207 as runner up and the red lj gtr with plates the same.... entrant number 208 as winner...its a bit ironic about the entry numbers i thought..We picked up (well in mums name for the day!) runner up LC/LJ competition.
Which LC/LJ picked up the gongs?
