Simmons B45's machined to look like Globes

OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

I noticed there was something weird about the ends of the polished lines (on each side of each spoke), but it didn't even click that it had bolts around the whole lip :P

Just ordered my slicks...after much research and talking with experts I am going 220/565-15 D12 Dunlop soft fronts for the 8"rim (tread 8.8") and 250/585-15 D12 for the rear ,rim/tread is 10". (This allows me to throw some D11 medium compounds on the rears if I want to do 5 lap sprints at Morgan Park or QR later. I have a Pyrometer coming from Dunlop in UK..thanks to Peter Ingley Dunlop Racing Europe...
Also ordered the K MAC adjustable Bathurst front sway bar as well. All will arrive next week...by which time the heat might have gone out of my credit card..Ouch!

You know what pisses me off?..Fitting the new braided steel lines on the front and working out the guy has used a Torana end on one and a metric end on the other one..had me stuffed for an hour!

Some people are too talented!! Lol!

OK..Front and rear sway bars in.(I kept the splash trays...just cut a 30mm x 30mm hole and slipped the swaybar through them on the front...).rear one clears the B/W diff no worries...looks like it is stock... I will do the handbrake tomorrow...worked out how it will happen...then it can come off the stands back onto the ground.

UC handbrake bolted to the floor...the pin needs to be lengthened then through the floor......
Posted Image

To pick up the Nissan single pull handbrake cables...I just bent the bracket to the shape of the floor then bolted it up...
Posted Image

The SLR rear sway bar looks like it belongs there...

Posted Image
And the front sway bar in with the holes cut in the splash guards so I can leave them in place.
Posted Image
The fuell cell is drilled and ready to bolt in, I took out the old original fuel tank as it had a huge dent in it and have the good one I got off Big John all painted up and ready to go in.
