Yeah thats my car! I trying to see how close to the original colour the paint is. I was told it is very close to original but that was by the guy I bought it from. Who knows? Is there any way of finding out how many SL/R5000's were painted this colour?
Thanks again
Charlie

I think sepia is a sort of a Brown colour those 100 year old brown photos are called Sepia coloured.

The paint code for my car is definately Claret. I was hoping that someone else has a car or a picture of a car in that colour so I could compare it to mine. I'll keep my fingers crossed.

That car looks very familiar, I'm sure I used to see it round in Dubbo. Claret met 15941 is a 74-75 colour, but couldn't say how many were made

Yeah REDA9X mine is build date 2/1975. I bought the car from Sylvania NSW so it may be the one you have seen. Hopefully someone will be able to come up with a picture but it is no biggy.
Cheers
Charlie
