not what the rta use but my reg says TARE 1000 kg if that helps my hatch is lx 1977 .

LX hatch tare on my WA rego is 1204kg which is what I used for my LS2 permit.
I have a hatchback brochure that specifies the following kerb weights.
SL - 1183
SS - 1213
I assume that the SS weight is the V8 and the SL is the 6.

My rego Sticker says 1500 i think! So They are not the best thing to go off.
I think realistically, if you drove your hatch to a weighbridge. It would way between 1250-1350kg's

Do you think a 6 cyl LX hatch would weigh more than a 6 cyl VH commodore?
Just wondering, my mate reckons a torana would weigh about 1600kg.
