Probably look a bit odd, like flares with no rear spoiler, looks like only half the jobs been done.

Brown Davis 120 lt
The standard tank holds 52 lt/12 gal. A SBC will be doing well to get 18 mpg 15.76/100km which would give you a range of 216 m or 345 km. At 15 mpg you would have a range of 180m or 288 km.
I am thinking about painting the tank black. I will make the decision once the car is finished. If you want to come around and have a look I will be working on the car all day today.

Thanks fellas
Cheers for the invite Andy
I am actually at work, Laos, but would like to have a look when i get home. I was actually quizzing in case you decide to sell yours ha ha.
I also need to check where it bolts to at the front cos i am thinking of moving the chasis rails too, which for some reason DPI have said i can
By the way I have had my chev in for over 10 years now and got 530k's out of a full tank when I came back from the NT many moons ago.
it had a th350 and 2.75 gears and standard motor (rochester 4brl) back then.
Obviously not that good around town though.
