7431320 comes up in the HQ parts book as a 173 neoprene rear main seal crank.
In the HQ HJ and HZ parts book the closest I can find to 7420005 is 7420004 which is a timing cover gasket for a 6cyl engine.
By the HJ parts book the cranks start with 993 numbers so it would be older than I would expect.
Cheers Paul.

Just stripped down a 179 and the crank is 7431320 so must be a steel crank going by this thread.
