That is not even looking at the fatigue strength which generally dictates you need things to be roughly 2 times the size of an equivalent steel item - all depends how far the part is deflecting under load.
I have some Ti ones for mine that I got from here but I havn't used them yet.

I would prefer you didn't use them personally.

Your a gamer man than me - even with a T6 heat treat they are only equivalent in tensile strength to mild steel. The original ones are grade 8 high tensile steel. How did you make the threads? If they are cut threads, they will be even weaker.

I have used some of their 7075 fasteners too - for my fibreglass flares - I really like the look of them over Stainless.
They used to have info on the actual strength of them on their site too which seems to have been removed when they upgraded their site. I couln't find it anyway. There is a reference to the grade of Ti used if you look around.

I needed them 10mm longer than standard for my front end and they were just okay for my purposes. I can't remember what length I got as it was a couple of years ago - I would have to go and dig them out to double check. Pretty expensive to get the wrong size though if you buy 12 of them.
You don't want the nut bottoming out on the threaded portion when fully done up or it will increase the stress at that point in the bolt. Ideally you will have a thread or 2 minimum left to go when the bolt is fully tightened down.
