With the amount of quick cars out there, unfortunately you would be one of the slowest :P

Couldnt believe how many cars were running 10s and under. Dad and Tiny were getting flogged left right and centre!

What other events etc did they have? Or was it just drags? Looks like it would have had some tough cars!

It was a top day,
I have a few gripes about the lack of information for entrants ( both Jeff and I had *NO* idea what was going on, so chose the wrong "group" to race in, and as such got our asses handed to us every pass) but the bottom line was I had a heap of fun, got to catch up with Jeff, Wayne (2ELCS), SShatchback and family and a few others around the traps.

It would have been good for Jeff and I to have bene paired to race together as our cars were so evenly matched on the day, but due to the rules of the day that was not possible (yet we were paired against 9 sec cars heads up on a pro tree!?!?! *sigh* I dunno!)

The racing sounded awesome, Wayne and i did get to see a bit of the finals, and some of the APSA cars are amazing.

The weather was fantastic and there were heaps of top notch cars out, but a bit more info would have been great!

I have to say a MASSIVE THANKYOU to Wayne (2ELCS) who gave up another very important appointment to help bring my gear to the track and "crew" for me during the day, I really appreciate it mate!

Thanks also to Jeff, Mitch, Rob (SS Hatchback) for the great piccies!

Cheers :)

Cheers Mate , thats about all you can get from the top of the grand stand , what i would give to have one of those spots where the media guys are ;)

LJ355, thats the truth, win or lose its still a heap of fun and that silver LC is inspiration for you to get the LJ up there like that :)

Tiny , was good catching up with you and co again but headed out soon after that hopefully next time we can chat a bit longer

Was a good event with some amazing cars racing Yesterday. I was shocked at the times some of these cars were pulling and consistently as well. Today was very laid back with not much happening. Not many cars at show and shine and such big gaps between anything actually happening. If you didnt think about it and just enjoyed what was around you and just kicked back watching cars idle by it was a great day.
There was a lack of organization with some of the events but it has the potential to be a really great annual event!

I know dad had a ball throwing the Monaro around the little motorkhana circuit and it was good to catch up with Rob and Wayne on saturday.
