Hey there,

One prob that i have is i have bought a set of PBR 330mm big brake kit for the front of my torana. Having major dramas with the twin piston caliper clearance to the K frame and steering arms.Ive had to get another set of hubs made to bring my wheel in under the guards. so offsets are ok.

I guess it would be a lot easier with flares on and im still yet to swap stub axles over so the calipers are on the rear side of the wheel arch and try that. I still reakon they are not going to fit.

Has anyone successfully installed this size rotor and caliper on unflared guards and had no dramas with turning circles and clearances. Any PICS of the mods to fit the brakes would help a heap thanks

How about a run down of what you actually have and some pics of what your issues are
Incl letting us know what stubs you are using

Where did you get the kit from?

Hoppers fit apparently, UPC's do not.

Caliper is meant to be to the rear.

Some people notch a hole in the Upper Control arm.

I have the Hoppers 330's on mine and no fitting issues at all, with HX stubs the hubbs they sent me only position the wheels an extra 8mm outwards. So can't understand your problem unless you have not taken into account your wheels backspacing etc. And yes it mounts to the rear.
