Converting front Drums to disc on LJ

I'm converting a 72 LJ front drum brake car to be similar to a 73 GTR.
I have the larger brake booster and master cylinder off a GTR but what other parts do I need?
I don't mind using aftermarket parts if they're not too visible, so happy to buy new rotors & calipers if they are sold.
Here is what I think I need to source off Torana wreck or spares:
Stub axles and hubs off any 6cyl disc brake front end LJ/LC torana.
Brake hose's.
More questions:
Is the proportioning valve on the drum version the same as disc?
Are the stub axles the same for the bigger rotors of the XU-1?
Cheers

You need to change the rear shoes and cylinders to suit the disc front
There is no prop valve... its a distribution block but does no proportioning... so you can reuse it as is after changing the cylinders and shoes
XU1 don't have bigger rotors... they have thicker rotors... and to make them fit you need spacers between the caliper halves where they split and probably some shims between caliper and stub to centre thew caliper on the disc
Hope you got the bracket to go with the booster... and the bracket to go to guard to support the booster
Couple of holes need drilling to mount all this up too

G/day Martin
Disc brake stub axles off any LC/LJ 6cyl or LH Torana. With the LH stubs you put the right side stub on the left side on the LJ and so on for the other stub.
Disc brake hubs from an LC/LJ.
Finding usable S/H genuine rotors may be difficult so easier to buy new aftermarket LC/LJ 6cyl disc rotors.
The junction block (is not a proportioning valve) which incorporates the brake fail switch is the same for drum/drum and disc/drum, so no need to change.
The stubs axles are the same for std rotors and XU1 rotors.
You will need to change the rear drum wheel cylinders to the smaller ID ones to suit with disc front.
Need to source S/H LC/LJ 6cyl calipers. HK,T,G calipers are basically the same so you can also use them.
You will need to find the short metal brake pipes that connect the calipers to the rubber hoses.
AFAIK your existing rubber hoses (if in good nick) should suit with the disc set up.

I'll keep a eye out for these parts.
Dattoman, how did you know I don't have the booster bracket or support bar? Will be looking for those too.

Cause its got drums so I assumed it didn't have any booster at all
Hence you don't have those parts
Cause if it did have one you could have re-used them both

Thanks "luv the uc". Rebuild starts early next year after home reno's finished so I'm hoping to find a whole 4 door rusted out that I can get all these parts off. At the moment I've got time.If you dont find anything closer I have all this with the exception of the rear wheel cylinders or shoes.
Looking forward to posting pics of the whole project.
Can you buy new calipers that just bolt on?

Off to the wreckers or ebay to try find some LC-LJ or HK-T-G ones
But try to get the whole lot when you buy the stubs
I don't advise you use LH-UC stuff unless its just a low powered daily... the earlier stuff is better

Hi Guys,
can some one give me the measurements for the hole in the inner guard that the booster support rod fits too.
Please measure from centre of hole to first crease down then same again to first crease near hinge. Must be a small booster like pictured. Cheers

Hi Martin,
Is about 26mm up from the crease, and perpendicular from your booster. Dave I
