I know the question has been asked but is it possible to put a UC diff into an LX. I am unsure of its stats but it is currently in a UC. I know some brackets will need to be changed but just thinking width etc?

Will a UC 9inch for in an LX?

The only difference is the upper trailing arm mounts on the diff.

Fitting new mounts would be the best option. Some people use bent upper control arms to fit the UC into LX.
Once you have welded on new mounts you will need to check the axle alignment in the housing. The housing will often distort during welding. While your at it fit a drain plug if the housing does not already have one.
Something like this

It would be worth considering using this style of upper control arm mount. Usually you can get some height adjustment and makes it easier to change upper bushes.

Or
Leave the diff alone and change the top mounts on the body
