Hello,

This Project is to fit a widened LJ Grille into the LC full width front space:-

Attached File  RAT LJ Grille.jpg   26.97K   8 downloads

This is so the Headlights have a sliding window, for when the Lights are on.

Now for the Hunt to get some LJ Grille pieces to do the job, don't want to cut a good one up, but find broken ones to use.

Special thank's to Troy UCSLE for making this picture possible

Hey Dave with the LJ Grille you probably don't need to have a door at all, they should work ok through the grille

Thank's Rob and Andrew,

So no Door / Window would be better,

but Manual vs Vacuum vs Electric is the question.

Thank's Daz,

Now, do you think we are going to cut into the Bonnet,

well I hope not for now, as making the light come out in the normal place first would be cool.

We could have smaller lights that sit back into the Normal Light recess.

But that may not be Powerful enough

Now you are talking Adam and Craig,

High and Low Beam in them, and a Huge Pencil Beam Pair on the Roof Rack.

Makes the Grille conversion easier.

You might be able to use Toyota Celica head light motors, from early 90,s model.

Great thinking Danny and Kev,

so the electric's can move the Grille windows, is my first thought,

and the spot lights are the second choice so far.
