What's the difference between the 73 and 72 buckets? I've seen bigger openings and cut-outs to accommodate the parker globe. What's correct. <br />Cheers. Marty

I'll stick my neck out and say the 73 has a larger diameter hole. Top is 73 and bottom is 72 back. hedere8y.jpg

So Brian yours is a 73 and you have the small bucket Hole (65mm). Do you have the park lights in headlights, if so, how would the plastic hood for park light fit/work? Thanks guys, we'll work this out eventually.

yep parkers in headlights, the plastic hood on mine at the widest point is 62mm across.

i`m not sure if all the 73s are the same or not as mine is a 73 body with 72 interior 40x, 72 colour and engine

Looks like they're all the same. This only came about after seeing two 73 cars with the buckets cut. See if anyone else chimes in with comments.

Gene, after a bit of Googling the closest I can find to what looks like your headlamp bucket is the ones used in a 1981 Camaro.

Torana parts must be hard to find over in the wild west.
