Ben, the current model XR 6/8's have a nice orange. 'Octane' I think it is (after a quick search on the F@*d website)

just dont go dirty orange, looks shit, i dont care what anyone says. The new BA falcon orange that has like a browny tinge is absolute shit house. Bright is the way to go. :spoton:

u tripped me out, i thought that was teh salamacca red..amazing how you can get both red and orange from teh same paint.. good work with that.

yeah i dont know if id use BA orange, one thing i dont want is for another car too pull up next to me the same colour.. unless of course it is a torana..

these days all cars are white, silver, or black (well - alot are) and i just want mine to poke out..Orange will definately do that for me..

its just choosing a freakin shade.

i know its not real original but lets face it WHAT IS these days....its hard to go past the gorgeous simplicity of straight orange tinter.....just go to your desired paint shop and ask for it...most should know what you want

Hi guys, Just bought a 1976 LH Torana. Was told it was Mandarin Red, but looking at the Paint code - 568-1302. This is a solid colour called ORANGEADE. Apparently it is a rare colour that GMH used only for 1 year 1976-1977.

Im biased and like Valencia as well, but only because that is the colour on my UC. Orangeade looks good however personally I like a stronger Orange, kind of like a burnt Orange.

If it were me I would keeping the colour due to its rarity. Just piss that chevy badge off, thats all

Orangeade was actually available in LH as well. I have tag pictures of an LH in that colour. It is a very uncommon colour for sure though.

Fantale Orange. Only 33 HSV's painted in this colour as Lexus was taking Holden to court over a copyright issue with the name.

I'm actually thinking about selling it and getting a GTS. It has a very cranky cam and doesn't like to be driven around town, but she gets up and boogies when you slip the thong into it.
