No because they serve a purpose... THey are to stop sun getting onto the parcel shelf and damaging the interior and also to TRY and keep heat out.
Now.. I know that some of the ricer's wings can be big enough to block the sun too.. but thats not their intended purpose hence are rice

Only rice if you put a sticker of your favourite footy team on the louvres ... adds 10 HP per sticker. 20 If you have LED's and a picture of Jesus.

Tiny ... Sometimes those huge wings are used as Antennas. I'm not kidding, I laughed at this guy's excel at work and asked him why he had it and he told me his radio doesn't work without it AHAH
