Pro Stroke? Anyone know them?

I have a Pro-Stroke crank in my 355.

Yes, it is a chev crank with a holden end welded on. One big advantage with that is that you can use chev rods and pistons.

They have been around for years and years. They state that they have never had any failure (related to the fact that its welded). They are a proven track record and is a quality product.

If its what you want, then I say go for it!

It appears the cut and shut thing is correct..dont really know though..I rang and left a message about purchasing a crank 3 days ago and no reply...so I have made other arrangements....not keen on the cut and shut anyway.

Old days he used cut and weld, maybe now uses real cranks, I have never known of any failures and with motors that spin to the redline.

this is the info they sent to me when i asked about there stroker motors you have to supply the ford crank and block,

a better option is a KIT CULLEN holden 6 stroker crank more $$$$ folding stuff but well worth it i have heard.
