love the work so far daryl

especially the red oxide case on the m21

bit of plating on the filler plug and linkages would not go astray!

no critisism just my thoughts is all

been there done that

and a suggestion

pull the grille out and matt black the sides of the radiator support

each side of the radiator opening

so you see no white through the grille opening

very jealous mate wish it was mine!!!!!!!

cheers davemc

Great project mate looks super neat and crisp in the white! Just wondering in regards to that black section under the grill, I haven't seen too many Toranas with it but I really like that look, did they used to come from the factory like that?

Love your work Daryl.
Ive just stumbled across this thread and have read and re-read it several times over the last few days to get a lot of insight into a quality build. Its given me plenty of ideas as i work through my own project.
Question. On your 16 inch Chicanes what size tyres did you manage to find? Particularly at 255 wide. I have 16 inch Simmons for my car with 205/50 for the front but trying to find something wider for the rear but low profile seems impossible. 255/40 would be ideal as they are the same diameter as the fronts but i can't find a tyre out there in that size.
Cheers and well done on the build.

Looking good. You should consider swapping to an electric fan.

Are you going to use the V8 Torana heat shield on the steering flex coupling or not bother with your headers?

The radiator has extra cores in it so should do the job but if not thermo will be added...

I may have one in my pile of poo.
If I can find it, it's yours.
