it was good to convince my son to leave it flareless as much as i like them i couldnt bring myself to chop into the rear quaters or the front guards

I don't really get the commotion about putting flares and cutting guards on factory SS, A9X, SLR etc. I see it as a genuine upgrade and it was a factory option as well, so why not?

yeah mate the hatch has my full attention now im not doing any other cars now until its finished and yes my lad has been patient thats for sure...
