Hi
Whoever 603 was, they sold at least 135 LCs and 180 LJs. I doubt if it would be Woodenbong (which fits alphabetically between Wollongong and Wyong).
Cheers

Edit - Woodenbong like a number of northern NSW dealers has a Qld number (798) being so close to the border.
I wouldn't call Grafton and Lismore close to the border, However GMH did. There were 15 NSW located dealers Zoned and allocated a "QLD" sequence D/CD.
They were closer to Acacia than Pagewood. There were just as many NSW located dealers "close" to the VIC border that were Zoned and allocated a "VIC" sequence D/CD. This also change over the years as locations were transfered between zones, they did take their D/CD with them but on a change of ownership were re-issued a local "in zone" sequence number.
Owners manuals are no help as they were inconsistent in the State/Zone area and by the time it was corrected it was too late to allocate D/CD's in sequence, they had changed.
Internet lists of D/CD's are amusing to say the least. By the time Torana's came off the GMH production line the D/CD list was a jumbled mess.
It is interesting to note that in my experience 6% of dealers per annum changed D/CD's by virtue of new/defunct/change of ownership (a few did not) that equates roughly to a turnover of all D/CD's in 14 years, I know that all did not change but in the context of Toranas production lasting 10+ years it gives you a idea of how dynamic D/CD were.
Given that VIN Disc warranty records is the major driver for D/CD enquiries, e.g. my car came from 471 who is that. Answers really need to be specific to that time period. It would be nice to have warranty records of earlier and later periods to sortout other Toranas and other holdens.
