here are some doggy pictures of a master cylinder under the dash of my toyota hi-ace van. These are looking from the floor up. The cylinder sits behind the pedal. When you push the pedal it leavers back on the cylinder. Looks like it can be done and should be to hard to fit. Should be able it setup out car and bolt in back in

Think you will find the steering column is in the way but I could be wrong.
