yes next weekend sat/sun, i have a mate that sells at just about every swap but we go out for a gathering ..have chin wag, get roasted, sticky beek... geez i hate the brick a brack !!

yes i used to go up friday nights and make an early start sat morn. most of the really good stuff is getting trailered out by 9 am saturday. for a few years the same stuff was getting trundled out from under houses so havnt been for a while now.
did you go to the chevy one at 8mile plains? think it was today.

I may be heading up but only for one day though. Friends of mine will be up there with 6 sites side by side as they do every year.

Rorym thats a long way to come to get a cage welded in.

NO trading Sunday, but exhibitors are welcome to stay/camp Sat night.

Yeah thanks pallbag thought that got told it and have also seen advertised friday and saturday only trading for the public from 9am and the gates open at 5am friday for stall holders?so i have been told from one of the organisers kevin just in case anyone was thinking of heading up sunday cheers.

yeah you get left the scraps on sundays.. ive never been on a sunday, there still would be trading on the sunday, it would have to be major change of events for that not happen.

If there are people camping theres people trading, thats toowoomba, ive been going for about 15 years

Yeah git it boomfunk and yeah nothing on the sunday this year he told me as they have nothing really left on the sunday and most have packed up and gone home so they have it down for the friday and saturday here is his number if anyone wants to check and make sure 07 4636 3760 .we went sunday last year and was a waste of time but thats life and ya get over it.

Hey Guys,
Is the Toowoomba swap still at the showgrounds? or back at the Farmfest site out towards Oakey?
The layout of the farmfest site is alot better than the showgrounds for a swap meet.

Did anyone pick up any bargains ?? The only notable thing I got was a nice dent in front gaurd of my au xr8 ute from who ever parked next to me and left before me on friday. what a bargain didn't cost me a thing !
