At this stage, I may not be able to get the saturday day off, but would be finishing work at around 4pm or so, so am up to catch up afterwoods.
Otherwise, is a Sunday any good for anyone?

I dont think it's an option to change the date of this particular cruise, but next time we'll organise it for a sunday! I'm sure it would be easier for alot of people to attend. In the mean time, if you want to go out for an impromptu cruise just pop up a post in the events section to see if anyone's keen on heading out one sunday or even saturday night for a bit of a fang!
Cheers!

I am in Rob. Not in the Torana obviously, unless some1 wants to tow me around. There for the catch up and a perve at all your.......
Cars!
I know what you were thinking

Hope its ok if i am there in my Jap car. Ill stick to the back of the pack as to not look part of the cruise LOL.
Pity i didn't see this thread earlier as i would have suggested we do a trip to Woronora Dam, they have a nice big covered area, and lots of parking, then down the Freeway to Bulli pass, turn left up the coast road ( on the new bridge, i am sure you all have seen the one around the cliff) and up to Stanwell tops, then on thru the National Park up to Sutherland. Kind of got lost on a place to have lunch/dinner, but plenty of BBQ facilitys in the National park.. There are some great pubs along the way to go to also, like Scarborough pub, always car clubs and bike clubs stopping there. Awesome food at pub prices!!
But enough of "The Next Planned Trip". Will definatley be there for the Cruise to the damn etc, As for dinner and the Drive ins, unsure. Might come home for dinner and then come back out to the drive ins, have not decided yet. Will get back to you soon.
OK thats all from me....
Cheers, Judd.

It appears that Wild Hogs and Deja Vu are on the Saturday night we are there, they are currently playing on Field 1 and will be on Field 2 that weekend..... remember the Drive has no EFTPOS so we will all need cash - $14.00 per adult and $9.00 per child....
We may have another car for the cruise to Mt Keira and Cordeaux Dam, will confirm later...
lets hope for the same weather we had this weekend..as I was down south all weekend and could not have ask for better weather

They are more than happy to have us there on one proviso... They want a photo of all our cars parked out the front!! Pretty cool Eh!
I've actually asked if they could "save" us the front parking area to make the photo better

Cheers!

The cricketers arms are aware that we're coming and will do their best to keep the parking area out front for us too! How good is that!
Does anyone have a good quiality ( SLR?) camera that they could bring to the dinner meet to take some photos? It would be nice to have some nice photos taken, and one we could present to them.
Cheers!

My camera is 10mega pixel camera, and photos can easily be blown up to poster size.
I have enough memory space to take approx 500 photos, which should be more than enough.
I cannot unfortunately email these, due to the size of the file it creates, but I am happy to take names, numbers and depending on the size of the print they want, $$ to get them printed and post to members. I have done weddings using my camera and am also able to make up a dvd using the photos if anyone is interested.
Will bring all camera gear and we can sort it out on the day! No problems at all.
Regards

That will give you an idea of what can be done with a few photos and a little time...and of course the right programs and know how.

Thanks for the offer of taking the pictures and doing a DVD or prints! that would work out perfect! Sounds unreal.
I'll defintiely take a look at the web site you gave me, I'm VERY keen on buying one before our USA trip this May, but i'm not sure if the 400D will suit my hands etc ( being a big bloke! i held a 350D and it felt a bit cramped).
Will do some more research though! Thanks again for the offer!
Keith: I was waiting for that comment
