Has anyone got a piccy of what an original lx sl hubcap looks like? 13" wheels. Looking for a set but am not sure what they look like.

Hello I have not got a picture of an SL hubcap, I can tell you they are not the same as an SLR they have like raised lines on them, the same centre decal as an SLR but with shallower chrome centere caps.

I will try & get you a photo as I have some in the shed.

hey mate are you sure? i thought they had those steel hubcaps with the holden emblem in the middle? i never thought they would have the same ones as the higher SLR SS models?

Thats interesting i always thought they were the same laspy the pic i posted is my hatch which was left to me by my grandfather that car is 110% original

the sl hatchbacks had the slr type and the sl sedans had different type all together ive got some sl sedan ones in the shed i will post a photo when i get home from work.

well thats bad news for me then. As i now need a set of hard to get hubcaps that will cost a lot more.

SL hubcaps are not the same SL/R hubcaps, I'll see if I can post a pic

the slr type are cheap not like the ss ones

Sorry, I thought you were after SL sedan hubcaps :fool:
SL hatchbacks did indeed have SL/R type hubcaps...

Yep they are the ones I have in shed, I got them of a guy who was selling parts off his LX SL Sedan.

LH SL trims are very similar, but have no holes or the cetral circular groove.

Which means that these ^^^ are the ones you're after for an SL Hatchback, laspy.
Not so bad since they are cheaper than the SS hubcaps, and easier to find too.
