Is there a call out there for LH LX boot floors at around $300.00 to $350.00?

We would make the part that rusts and it may include the recess for the wheel. I am not familiar with the boot floors on these models but the hatch and sedan appear the be the same is this correct

Red might be onto something
Make the mats to cover up the rust.... no need for new boot floor panels !!!

I'll be after a boot floor if/when they get done
And hatch quarters , and C pillars, and new doorskins, and .........

Having just done the spare wheel well of an LX with handmade repair panels, I can confirm that yup, that's the first bit of the boot to rust, besides the bottom of the rear quarters, including the little round screw in plug that lives in there (it's for racing not concourse, so it got deleted in my repair, mainly cause I ain't got a replacement). Other flat panel sections are less of an issue, as mostly flat panel with simple ribs in them, but twould be nice.

Hello,

I just want to add that I am very interested and hope this goes further and into production. Yes I agree also that the vinyl mats will also be a hot seller!

do the sedans have the little lug on the flat part for the spare wheel bolt to lock into like the hatch does?

No it doesn't. It is on the curved part close to the rear seat. I saw a coupe on Ebay and understand what you mean though. Apart from that it is exactly the same and that little lug can be welded on.

Hi Phillip
No they are still a long way off, we have not finished the Monaro panels we are making or the LC LJ panels. I think we just have too much to make as far as rust panels go.
Les
