You are the shit m8 ! Fat hotwires rule but I'm bias of course :) love your build m8 and nice to see another L32 LH SLR being rebuilt. Once again I'm bias :)
On a side note I had the LX LH headlight decision and decided to stay with the LH lights and have had some great comments on my choice not to follow the pack. Either way it's going to look fantastic

Went out to rare spares today , some goodies :)

Part of being bumper bar bolts, as you can see in the bolt on the left straight from the box, not very shiny. After 2 min on the buff and that for all 16 you can see the result. Can’t see why they can’t get it done, at the labor rates from point of origin it shouldn’t cost any more than $1 max and that’s being generous. I too have manufacturing in China done .

If you have any fabrication skills and can make the plastic section on the right out of metal - it'll make it harder for thieves ... provided you also shave off one of the lips on your lock barrel first.

I see no need , Its not likley, actuley it will imposable for thieves to get their hands on this one , the fact it takes me 1 hour just to get it out from its sleeping spot and the 24 hour on site security . He's not a nice man and he likes his gun .

Thanks mate , Kind of think i should be doing this to a L34 or a A9X concidering the $ im tipping into it . But I don't care , It probably wouldn't have all the extra good bits if it was one of the two .

I agree I just used an old set I had to make sure the tail end was straight before painting .

I cant wait until next week , I have lots of goodies coming .

I understand what your saying. A few years back ( 6 , where does it go? ) i made the decision to give up looking for an A9X to race at targa because the asking prices were cracking 65-75 K. I figured then that the money i needed to tip in on one to get it where i wanted didn't justify the $ . I picked up a clean rust free grandad SL for 6k and everyone said i was ripped.

Over $100 k later i had my targa race car , my way.

Just like you are doing. and i really believe we get the best value for money spent. No critisicm of the concourse boys, just horses for courses.

(the build thread is in the members section, if you want to see it.)
