it's actually not legal in NSW, but everyone does it. I'd have to check the rules again, but it used to be one inch increase in diameter and one each side in width, so the biggest you could go to on an LX was 14x8, and 15x8 if it was an A9X

If you get them Toddles show us some pics then I will know if I made a mistake by buying Hotwires instead. What size tyres do you intend to fit ?

I am also looking into these wheels for my Torana.

Looking at LXCHEVS car, do you know what size's he has front and rear?

I am guessing 15x8 & 15x10?

Also the ones on the trading post dont look like they come in black centres, is black still available?

Toddles, when you get yours, i would love to see some photo's!

I was looking on the performance wheels website and it says that they make 16x10 version of these wheels, has anyone ever succussfully fitted this size front and rear on a torana?

If you are after the origional look of the reverse globe as in the HDT photo, check out Anna Cameron's HDT L34.

It has new 3 piece replica wheels made by Dick at Retro Wheels in Sydney.

They aint cheap but if you want the look they are a great alternative.

Being 3 piece gives you options of width and offset that are unobtainable with a cast wheel.

Cheers

Lindsay

hey, just letting ya know that if you are talking about the challengers, i got 14x7's on my purple LH sedan i think they look treat as, if ya want i can post up a pic or 2. would be everyones first glimps of my project, ive been keeping her a secret really.
lemme know if ya want on, oh and all the pics in the before posts are not performance challengers as they have a reverse star, if you are after the reverse ones like on all the HDT or wat-not painted ones, im pretty sure that performance do a 4x4 rim that is the same as the challenger cept reversed star.

SHIT!..He is right!...Look at the brochure above!! The pic at the bottom is the one we were all looking at..the one in the line above is a reverse Challenger!!I wonder if they can drill some reverse 4 x 4 wheels in HQ?
R

Hang on;...had another look..the bottom ones are the 4 x 4..big centre cap gives it away..still..worth asking the question..

Head up his arse..they only come in one offset. Ring Performance in SA and ask if they are ok to fit to your car.Bypass the boofheads.
