I like the "To Fly" phrase, but I even know Torana owners that would be like 'wtf!?' to that; GML-31 was right on the mark in my opinion. Although it does look good.

GML-31: yeah i thought about that too, i was actually thinking of enclosing it in "" marks and having the gmh-torana.com underneath it so that its kind of explained! For those who know.. it would be cool.. for those who dont... they can come here and find out!

Chaotic: I think at this stage 2 types of shirts would be a bit much to try and organise, remeber that at this stage we'll be taking orders and pre payment will be a must. We dont have mney to throw around at sizes that may sit around forever, but also we want to make the most of this excellent opportunity!

I personally believe that an embroidered polo will be the go this time around, Keeping it very simple and neat, and defintiely the next run ( who knows.. it may be 6 months away!) could ( and should!) include some absolutely nuts screen printed T shirts with awesome tough torries.

Hardley Normal: I understand how you feel about having the "normal" torries left out with the badge design, and thats why i'm leaning toward the "to fly" comment and leaving it non-descript. Were never going to be able to incorporate every single torana ( I can just see people spewing that we ignored the HB torries! LOL!) but i hope it does satisfy everyone to know that this website ( which is what were promoting) DOES cater for everyone!

OK Guys! I got into swing first thing this morning and whipped this up!

I first tried it with just "To Fly" on the sleeve but thought it looked just too plain and boring, and also looked like wtf is that! So i added Torana above it in a different font and colour, so now it makes a lil more sense! And balances more nicely now!

Ok then Here You go I really like this one! if only we could personalise them and have our forum names embroided on the other sleeve! haha

Maybe on the Right arm would be better though so when we are phat arming it out out torries or givin a big thumbs up we can see it on th sleeve!




Another thing im thinking to sproose it up a bit would be to not just have a plain black polo shirt! (Sorry for making this harder!) But with just changing the colours of the cuffs and collars, we would have a totally differnet looking shirt! Maybe just keep that in mine when looking at designs, that the designs could go on any colour shirt!

253: i think youve got it mate.... that looks neat and classy its REALLY easy to read, and it tells everyone what we want them to know! its non offensive, doesnt leave ANY torana out of the loop and its BLACK

I'd be more than happy to wear that out to any function that came along including car shows, and it should also be reasonably innexpensive to embroider cause its so simple!

Yeah it would benice to have the lion on there.. but i think the above design is a good one anyway!

Great job Matt.
Now to stir the pot.... I thought to balance it out, here's 2 variations.

I think we've found our design, some people like the badges, so I thought I'd include them on a smaller scale.
Hope we can agree to a design soon, I'm ready to get quotes.
Sounds like ToranaSS is ready to go too.

I'm going to set up another poll with these three options as our shirt designs!

I'll give it one more day for anyone else to post up an idea? But i belive that it'll be one of these three that wins it!

Sorry Tiny, I know that by including the performance badges we are leaving out the garden varieties (and i have one) but by adding the badges I believe we are giving the impression of a sporty, perfomance orientated bunch of guys!
It is not my intention to deliberately leave models or people out, nor to single any out either, i just thought it would lift the look of the shirts, and give the sporty impression.

253, I'd be proud to wear that anywhere. Knoath, that's a very unique design and it looks clean and professional. I think we should have one of Knoath's and Matt's one both produced (with To Fly on the right sleeve)

I like the look of the badges on the left sleeve! looks very smart and balanced!

I Say put a Poll up with the 3 Latest Shirts, Mine and Knoaths two with additions, im actually leaning towards the one with the badges on the sleeve. Is there a Higher Quality image that we can work from to make them look a lil bit sharper (as opposed to the ones up there^^ in the banner!

Yeah These really do look smart! Cant wait to get wearing them to car shows and on cruises!
