Pics of 308 conversion steering coloum

Hi all,

Im currently in the process of doing a 308 conversion in my LJ, would people who have done this please help me with some advice on the modification of the steering coloum.

I would like to know some measurements of where the two knuckles go please, and also some pics would be great to.

it depends on what pipes you are running on your engine as to where the second knuckle goes. i just put the top one on the end of the colum shaft then cut the shaft on the rack about 6inches shorter the put the second knuckle there and used the peice of shaft i cut off to go between the 2 knuckles.

i just put the top one on the end of the colum shaft


So if i put the top one up as high as i can go? Then work on the second one ill find where it goes easily enough?
