That looks like the one my cousin painted and sold about six months ago, it could be another one though.

I would need to see the interior to confirm, his interior was a Tan colour.

From what i remember it is just the Holden colour "Hothouse Green".

All the paints we use at Holdens are non translusent, so dont matter what the undercoat is, the colour comes out the same

Cheers

Ive painted the same colour on my LH and i used{ beige or tan } colored primer and its came out to the same colour top coat of the HB torana you have shown.
The top colour i used is GMH hot house green {870J} paint code.

it shouldnt matter what undercoat you use, if its getting done professionally they will put on enough colour. Should look good! We want pics when u get it back!

I think the HB is closer to hothouse green... The hatch looks like a more contrasting colour.

yeah i agree sean, that hatch seems a lot deeper in colour... But you cant really compare pictures that are taken on different cameras in different light, the only way to tell is to have them right next to each other...

hmm, ild really like to know what color that is on that green hatch i posted. does anyone know who owns it?
cheers heaps for the pics red1a, its greatly appreciated! looks like it is coming along nicely!!
Its really hard to tell what a colour is from a picture because of the different camera's and the lighting conditions, as 253toranass said.
