Looks like one from and LC front end to me but I havn't owned an LC for a few years so I might be wrong.

i believe it is the bracket provided on an LH drum brake crossmember.
as i have the same one in the shed.
the disc models went thru the hole in the skirt but drums onto those brackets, with later lx and uc having the springy section thru the hole onto a similar bracket beneath the hole in the skirt.
