got some numbers :)

its bored .040 which makes it a 206. head chamber should be 72cc, comp ratio works out to be 6.84:1 lovely for boost :)

churned out 330hp @ 7500 rpm, 275 lb-ft @ 5000 on Desktop Dyno 2003.

ran a 12.3 @107mph on Desktop Drag 2003

studs are a nice fit. im a bit worried about re-using the old copper headgasket so i will buy a new one. rather spend 250 bucks than get it all together and have a leaky headgasket.

well its still registered at least. head will be back on ASAP. and then i can make it look like it all works again

Thanks craig. i know, i got my 10 years up last november so now i can take a long holiday and find a new better job where i can be creative i guess. just gotta get off my ass and stop being lazy and actually do it

Head is back on. with a new copper gasket. so fingers crossed the water galleries, oil galleries, combustion chambers, head studs are sealed cos i dont want to do it again

She's coming along really well mate, I have re-used copper headgaskets before but like you said, you only want to do it once so $250 is well spent if you save yourself from pulling the head off again.

bit worried about using slicks though. havent reinforced the control arm mounts, and might need billet axles

why psi how fast is this going to go?.we have run 107mph n/a before and we dont have billet axles or beefed up mounts.

no idea. have had people estimate between 11s and 12s

the motors done 12.8 @112 on street tyres and 5 speed manual when it was turbod

not yet. still a few things i gotta do :( blower rebuild, get a carb, dizzy regraph, get a pulley spacer made, new idler pulley... but soon i hope :)

picked up the wheels tonight :) looking sweeeeet. gotta cut 3 inches off both sides of the diff before the rears will fit

ar ok then have seen them run turboed 202 here with stock suspension running mid 10's 120+ mph :wacko:.

so are you shorting the diff? did you end up getting the rear end engeneeed or mod plated?

Yeah diff will be cut down about 3 inches per side. Hasn't been engineered yet but looking into it
