WHY-PSI,
My LC runs mid 10's and has gone 130mph with a 9" diff and 28 spline axles and had no dramas, Since ive fitted the trans brake ive fitted mosser 31 spline billet axles just to be safe.

Screw the happy medium. If its worth doing, its worth overdoing.
But there is a good chance you'll need to do some more mods to your tunnel and rear floor for clearance.
You can do it.

Last pic much nicer I reckon, cars that drag their ass along the ground look like something has broken in the rear suspension. Now the car looks like its ready for anything

Things to look at will be the diff hitting the floor, tailshaft rubbing on handbrake cables & if you use a 3in tailshaft the std handrake rods touch...not that hard to fix, things that you are more than capable of fixing dude.Had to do all that on mine..got it at a nice height(launching stance) tyres rub on wheelarch when it squatted...grrr lol.

Use adjustable top control arms, add a reinforcement plate inside the car to strengthen where the top control arms are...also check that the lower arms sit almost parallel to the ground...she should hook up nice & hard then.

Those 5in backspace?
What size are the tyres...26x8? THey look larger from the pics

I wouldn't mind knowing the diff width when you work it out, would be handy info to have.

I reckon your diff will need to be the same length as mine im running 15x 8 with 3'' backspace

Im thinking that your quarters will need to be stretched to sit how you want it

ok update. radiator needs to go IN FRONT of the radiator support panel which with the LJ grille dosent leave me much room for the radiator and fan so im thinking LC grille?....otherwise chop up an LJ grille which i dont want to do.

modifying the stone tray to fit trans cooler on. had to modify it a bit so the cooler could sit lower for pulley clearance. will make a small scoop underneath to catch air and force it thru the core while a fan on top pulls air thru.
