It got everywhere!

My car was in the shed at the folks house and it got covered too.

Im just worried about it scratching the paint when washing it off, might have to bust out the pressure washer to rinse it first.

ok 2010 has been my year :)

going overseas for 2 months, got a new job. means i get paid out all my longservice leave and anual leave from bunnings which should net me close to $6500 of "torana money"

so in around september to december i plan to get the engine running. :)

got some numbers :)

its bored .040 which makes it a 206. head chamber should be 72cc, comp ratio works out to be 6.84:1 lovely for boost :)

churned out 330hp @ 7500 rpm, 275 lb-ft @ 5000 on Desktop Dyno 2003.

ran a 12.3 @107mph on Desktop Drag 2003

I would have thought that comp ratio a bit low, properly ok with super charger but didnt you say it was originally a turbo motor would have had some lag in her before boost came on then pow hit with heaps of power.

RIGHT!!! most of you who have been watching this thread would know that i had originally planned to go the EFI route and then changed to the Blown route....... well after lots of thinking, beer, and thinking... ive decided to go back to my EFI idea. but also Blown :) SO.. if all goes to plan it will be Blown, Injected, on E85. worst case is Blown Injected on Premium unleaded. should be ok though since holdens convinced caltex to distribute E85. should be 100 more locations by 2011.

heres a couple of pics for the hell of it

Like wot179 said, use WD-40 as a lube & it wont stick to the file or your cutting implement. :spoton:
