I also have a double length carport too
And 156 sq m at the workshop for overflow... lol
Actually I'm down to 6 cars now so I'm doing good
Just 1 LJ to get rid of and I'll be at a comfortable level
Pics one day when I get a better camera

Thanks for the info, legend. I think the kit form sounds like the way to go. The ute is my fiance's, just a tidy cruiser.Built mine from a Highline supplied kit, 7.5m x 6m, $6600 with window, PA door, one sliding door on 6m end, two whirly birds and two sky lights all in colour bond. Not sure what it would cost to do it from stratch but I doubt it would be any cheaper. If you are going to get council approval you will need an engineers structural drawing. At least with a supplied kit you know you have everything you need and parts are cut and drilled where they need to be.
Love the ute, is that yours?

Who has experience with building their shed first and then concreting it? Apparently the iron rusts due to contact with the slab. Have heard you can two pack the iron before cementng to stop this but would like to hear from people who have done this, or not done it and had rust problems later on.
My preference is to do the slab last so l can put bollards around the perimeter of the shed and in the openings, its much easier to do this accurately once the shed is erected

It's two small industrial units together, around 210 square metres. Since those pics I've done some shelves & benches, moved some more cars in & tidied up a little. I'll get some more pics when it's all cleaned up.
