I felt a tad industrious today and set the large polisher up in my 2nd shed.

The smaller polisher has not been set up yet but the spindle can just be seen in the following photo.

And some of the gear to go with it. I have a selection of buffing wheels (not shown)

IF they come up any good I will show you, if not I will hand them to you :P

Bumpers being chrome I would leave to Jeremy as chrome is very different to alloy, carby I would leave that to Jeremy too but if you have a good quality photo of the rocker covers then I might be able to help you there depending on their condition now.
Jeremy is the experienced one, I am still learning.

If your shed is big enough then you don't have enough cars!

i had my shed up almost 2 yrs now and i still havent put the concrete sealer on the slabPosted Image guess im just being lazy cause i know i will have to move all my stuff out, cars, motor bikes, tools, benches and so on, i will have to do it soon though cause im getting sick of having to lay rags out evey time i do an oil change of pull a motor apart, with the sealer down it will just wipe straight off Posted Image

lol. I know what you mean man. I was going to level my shed's slab out when the roof was done, but that didn't happen, ran out of time. Currently i'm way too busy with other projects to be able to level the slab out, which once that is done i'll be putting sealer down, i am so tired of using kitty litter or rags to keep the oil under control. :-( Yeah i have an oil pan, but i always seem to spill some.

Anyway, i gotta get back outside & work on the ED falcon i'm stripping, a dude is picking up the auto trans today. It will be ready for scrap soon, then i might get time to fix my work bench. :D

Cheers

A the sealer is the best, I rebuilt the front diff of the truck and ohhh the mess, tip a bucket of water degreaser on it, give it a scrub with a broom and hose off. Then get a big version of a window cleaner and push the water off top... wipe up the dregs and good as new.

Got to be carful when its wet, the surface is a bit slippery.
