Cool, you gonna join the Bomber/Cruizer crew.

Sorry to hear about the house falling through, if houses go like they do here it shouldn't be too long before someone else wants it.

Not in the market for another house at the mo :) , just got one down Springfield Lakes for an investment.

My shed is 7.6 x 14.4. It's a great size for a work shop considering I have a 8.6x 7.6 garage that I park our every day cars in. Only problem with the work shop is when you park two boats a dirt bike and a Harley inside, it doesn't leave much of a work shop for the build on the hatch. Oh well, lucky I have what I have I guess.

Not on the inside.

They also fill up with leaves and shit when outside, plus they don't like the sun that much.

One of them is a 1965 Seacraft which is a timber boat. Definitely not a boat you want outside

ours is 12m x 18m with another 7m along 1 side that i use for the hj, with a little flat/guest house type thing at the end of it. dad runs the business from home (mechanic) so i guess we need it that big. planning to put another 7m on the other side, we've got the time just not that the other stuff we need.
