Well done on the progress Liam, what's the size?. Wish I had a slab down - I've been staring at this since late November waiting for a mate to come round to start boxing it up. Mates..
Yeah can be frustrating but the price is usually much better lol.

Yup, you got that right mate. He said he'd box & lay the slab for 500 bucks, & when I priced it all up it meant I was gonna save about 5 grand on the quote that the shed company gave me through their normal supplier.
It'll happen eventually - I just hope xmas doesn't come first haha..
12x9 going 3.6 eaves for the mezzanine floor
Nice size, wish I could've gone bigger but was pushing the whole budget & council/town planning requirements as it was. It'll do though

I dont no how you guys build such awesome cars in such small sheds, even our 12x18 feels small sometimes

9.5 x 7.5 x 3.8. Footings included for hoist, 2 high roller doors & 1 PA door. 2 windows. All up ( i done nothing except write cheques ) was 23K .
The shed kit was around 14K from Shed Boss. I am very happy with them. Way better than some other kits.
Had i bought a tin plate one from Total i would have saved 4K, but ended up with a lesser shed.

13m x 7.5m
3m walls. 1 roller door and one sliding door (4 bays)
Height at pitch 4.2m
Installed inc footings and a small section of concrete to make up the shortfall from the original smaller pad from existing shed
$20k inc council fee's etc
Still no power in though
And if it wasn't for some forum mates from here coming around and helping remove the old shed... it might never have happened
Thanks alot (again) guys... I really appreciate the help I got.. couldn't have done it without you.

yeh i am thinking of a 10.5x7m from these people: http://www.bestsheds...e-garages/c1hot
have to get it uprated for snow loading but even still its half. I only intend on owning this place another 5 years and I cant justify the money. Anyway im doing it on the cheap.
