Torana guy, If you want a shed bench ill swap you for yours, (take the tools off it (torana) and put them on the floor)
Please, it is breakin my heart
Baz
Don't worry dude, that pic is about 3 years old now, no tools on the torana, well not much on the torana at all really! ( full ground up rebuild going on atm ) So don't have a broken heart!
I now have a decent work bench in the corner ( behind the panel van ) that i can do work on & leave tools lying around on. lol. I've got a pair of calipers for my EB just freshly painted up And a gearbox I'm about to rebuild for the torana on the bench atm.
I should probably post up a more current pic, if i can find one.
Cheers

I VISITED THIS SHEAD AFTER A CRUZE WEN THE LEGEND BROCK DEPARTED AND RECALL HAVING TO SHUFFEL SIDEWAYS IN SOME PARTS TO SQUEEZE PAST THE ODD TORRIE,, HOWS THAT ROOFLESS CREATION GOING ?????lucky I don't drink beer, 'cos it's a long way from here!! now, if you had bourbon and coke....
After a visit from Dangerous, he encouraged me to post some pics of my shed. This is my first go at showing pics, so I hope it works!
This was nearly 3 years ago, so you can imagine the mess it's in now. All the club spare parts are in there too!
A bit more framework and we're ready to clad it.
That's done!
big, isn't it? 9mx18m and yes, it's still too small!
floor in, don't you love mates in the concrete biz?!
Now, let's fill it up!! Just ignore that dork....
Ok, I hope that works.
Cheers,
Neil

Part of the reason i put my down payment on a house so young (21) & started to pay it off, so i had a shed to park the torry in! It wasn't the top reason, but it was on the list of reasons i shouldn't blow all the cash i had on anything other than a house down payment.

The first half will be to store 2 cars and it will have a mezzanine floor above. Being 3.6 high walls it will give me about 900mm height at the sides and the centre is about 1.2m. The floor will be used to store some car parts, but mainly bike parts and I have so many bikes.(about 6 and counting if I put them all together)
Now for some pictures...
Here you can see the existing small single asbestos shed. It's ok, I've worked removing asbestos so I know the dangers involved. I think it's about 7.2m long and about 3.2m wide. don't quote me on that.
The new shed will start about where that red lid bin is and head all the way back to fence. That massive tree is getting the chop and grind along with 2 more. It's a great backyard and the kids love it, that's why I'm only 6 metres wide.
That garden shed will be moved to the opposite corner and be used mainly for kids bikes/garden stuff and junk.
This is the junk in the shed. I need to clean it out very soon. The more I work on the Torana the cleaner it gets as many of those boxes have Torana parts. the rest is bike parts.
There's a motor bike under there...
The main shed where all the work get's done. Note that the Torana is jacked up on stands.
My favorite poster in the shed..
Kids hot rod that I've modified to take an adult up to 95 kilo's. It get's moving up to about 30 klm/h..
More modified cars....
Random things in my back yard at the moment. That's my job over the next few days is to find storage for them.
Everyone needs a track bike in the back yard. (it will go into shed after reshuffle)
That's about it for now.

I was an idiot, I had the cable sitting there for ages, but was going to wait to line the shed to run all the wiring etc. Stuff that, got a single 15 amp plug put on and connected in the board. My lighting is a melay of powerboards and extension cords, but does the job for now, enough to allow me to do all myriad of things.
No pics till I clean it up. With it in the dark so often, you could ignore the mess. You can't now!!!

My back 2 fluro's are just hanging on extension leads atm, need to get them wired up properly one day, and a couple more power points as well, there's only 2 double 10amp outlets, but there is wiring for a 15amp, just no outlet, but too many other important projects on the go, like a Torana rebuild, Panel Van rebuild, a new engine for my mighty boy, building a new back yard gate ( which is almost done lol ) and so on.......
The weather is good atm, so i'll probably get the beasts out to give teh shed a good sweep & general tidy, so i will grab some pics & maybe measurements, as it's changed heaps since that very old shot i posted to the thread. Hell, this summer i plan on a new roof & a small stowage area hanging down from the roof, but not large enough to be called a mez, that will allow me to lay flat items like pannels, doors, tailgates, i have like 4 uppers for my pano, not inc the one on it atm, and so on in the roof space. Which will help to clean up the shed a lot as well.
Anyway, it's late, i'm off to sleep to dream about how it will all work out, my shed that is....lol
Cheers

I'm currently hoarding items to build a 2.4x2.4 shed that i will call my garden shed, but will in essence be a storage shed for all the bits i've hoarded for my car's. I hope to have it up in about a months time, then i can clean up my " car shed " and roll my projects out to fix the roof.
Cheers
