Bolt torque spec for cam locking plate

I need to find out the torque spec for the large bolt that goes on the front of the camshaft locking plate for a Holden V8 (RED motor)

Also Torque spec for 3/8" ARP Rod bolts?

Cam retainer 55ftlbs

3/8 rod bolts 40ftlbs (L34 or A9L only)

Just checked ARP site they have 50 ft/lbs listed for there bolts.

That cam retainer bolt with like a 3/4" head on it?
