I looked on the holden website and could only come up with 'Impulse Metallic' it has the blue in it, but no sign of purple. http://www.holden.co...3D1185265309071
Maybe contact holden in the morning and ask them??

i have a white VZ wagon. It's that bad the colour matched and the lines in the car, i thought it had been smashed. This was a new car. The bars aren't panited on the cars, they are off site from 44 gallon drums of paintHow shocking are the colour matches on the bumpers and trims on the VE's??
Even the white ones are awful!!

You will find it looks different because of the parts being plastic not due to being a different batch of paint. And its not just with the VE's, the VT bumpers look differentHow shocking are the colour matches on the bumpers and trims on the VE's??

Even if you took the car to a painter to get them repainted, after the paint has had time to cure they will still look different.

Yes plastic parts will always look different its the nature of plastics, but they have definately gotten progressively worse in the last couple of years...... our VY 'S' here thats white is actually pretty close and it's never been damaged.
I'm not sure how a colour changes with cure time?....I've never once cured or seen a painter cure a colour matching swatch when matching a colour. Unless your using house paint.
Paintwork on the current batches of new cars is shocking, from colour to peel to mottling to coverage there leaves a lot to be desired. It definately makes it harder for the repair industry.

Its is called "K pow"
Wasn't there also a bright metallic green coming out. I beleive I've seen it, but it's still not Holdens site. Nor is that K Pow. Only the purple.
