When I first tried this i used 60/40 solder and bakers soldering fluid, it didn't work and i thought i would never be able to lead wipe. The DVD showed how it works,
it looked easy like all things do when someone else is doing it, with a bit of patients the lost art of lead wiping seam to fall in to place. I'm very pleased its lead for me

All you need is a gas torch on low heat, kemtex, rag, paddle, and some files, I use a wood to rough it out then finish of with a metal file, a body file is best. dress up with 120 sanding block. If you google kemtex you may find a supplier close to you, cost about $80. Perth its avail. at 18 gibb rd cannington.
Remember The lead should contain about 18% tin only.
There is a DVD avail. Body lead work the lost art by Steve Frisbie
And thanks for the comments i hope it all helps.

Have a good replacement panel from a doner.
Mock fit up.
Placed a row of holes accross the roof and plug welded the new panel in place
then fully welded the seam
