I guess next set after getting the rules established, is getting a few willing bods to put their hands up for helping or organising each state. Im more than happy to help with QLD, any takers for a bit of support for the organising of events and whatever, and coordinating with other states as needed. Comments welcomed !

We definately want to get this idea out to as many forums as possible, I'm all for as many makes as we can get, it makes it more interesting for everyone, which in turn makes it all more likely to get off the ground.
I've been wanting to go to the AMC Masters since its inception, who is planning on going next year? Would be great to catch up and have a bit of a yarn!

Forgot to mention as well..the Expression of Interest forms are out for the Wheels on Wide Bay Sprints at Maryborough last weekend of June..Who wants a copy? I would love to do the Masters..might get poo pahed by the REAL Group C guys though..

Rory, I have never seen the original car of yours, so it would be good to see more cars in the replica class, so bring it on ! Most group c Toranas dont come out, so who really cares, as long as there is something new out there that people dont normally see, its a thrill, and we get to have a blast as well.

Rory I agree, bring you car (and NOS too) to the masters, I'm sure the organisers will be more than happy to see you there, its definatley in the spirit of the event.
Rod I was hoping to be racing at the Bathurst easter event, unfortunately the budget may not stretch, plus I get married a couple of weeks before so its going to be tough.. but I will try to at least come over for a look.

Rod...My original car is Anna Camerons...repainted back to the 1972/3 colours of red and white...it was the original L34 so Anna decided to make it that car. The RED/WHITE/BLACK car will never appear.

I am a 90% chance of getting an invite to the the Easter FoSC Bathurst event. So Hopefully I can get a start.
Also re MCM at EC... I was at the first one, but haven't been able to get to the last 2 as I wasn't able to get invited... as my car isn't an ex "anything" it doesn't fit any class that runs over the weekend... as all the hidden away cars have come out to play and there is no room for my sorta car which is amazing in it self. Its crazy that a 76 Torana 500hp 350 Chev "Current" Race car cant get a gig!
I would have to paint it as a replica of something and enter it as that, but I would like to race it as well. I even asked if I could be a part of the NZ Central Muscle car race... but no sorry, not allowed!
So Rocket, if you are doing the 78 Ultra Blue Forbes/Bartlet Car what can I do now...
and while I am at it... what about my Sedan... maybe the 77 Brock Bill Patterson Sedan ? seeing how I cant do the Hatch

Theres still a couple that could be done, the black and yellow slako/hall hatch, rutherford/guthrie hatch,Taylor/kennedy 4 door,diffen/slako 4door,radburn/hamilton 4 dor,bell/quester hatch from the perth museum,taylor kennedy hatch,seton hatch,Ryan/arnell 4 door,Holland/skelton hatch,Cullen/McCrae hatch, if you chech out the A9X book, theres some good pics.

As we are not trying to align ourselves with the historic guys at all, I dont really think it matters what cars (dead or alive) each person decides to replicate, like i said as long as we dont end up with 10 of the same I think pick what ever car you want...
