Of course its different, if you compare them together.
I'm just saying when you have no other option its close enough that not many would know. If you want to use it along side original stuff, you will be in strife.
BUT, what option do you have? none.
I would rather have a car re-trimmed in a close colour than use torn, tattered and faded original stuff.

Hell, I've seen a pile of GTR or even xu-1 trimmed with black vinyl that looks grey or has crappy grain. It doesn't matter that much.

Anyway, awesome car, nice combination. Find us some more!

Yes it will have some nice stable mates. Six to be exact. Four eagerly await its arrival. One is still at the plastic surgeon's getting some cosmetic work and and one is at the doctor's getting some heart work.

are you willing to pay top money for the correct colour carpet....

i do have some new contacts..they maybe able to help, it wont be no $150 per set thats all....

depends if you require correct colour/type at a larger cost, i would say up to $4-500

this will be a long process, i am getting sample cards from O.S, and if there is a colour there that is same, then i will organise to have the carpet moulded by our brisbane moulder.

so it would take time, buying it, bringing it out from over there then getting it moulded...but if there is a market and it works out then it could be good.

Once i get the sample cards are you able to send me a sample of the carpet that you require..so i can match it for colour

keep me posted boomfunk.

Do you know how many monaro/premier etc vehicles have sandalwood coloured carpet? As we know, the valuable toranas (gtr/xu-1) in sandalwood trim have black carpet. I can't imagine there would be significant market in the Torana range.

yeah i dont no the numbers, i dont really care about that..even if only 2 people buy it, then that 2 cars that have the correct carpet.

Thats just the way i see it, i would only buy as much as i need... not buying like a roll of the stuff, the shipping would cost an arm and 1 leg...
