G'day guys!

Well i bought a set of Centerline Convo Pros a few months back an i have finally started to put them on!

I first had to convert to HQ pattern, so i spent all day today putting its new Vented Disc Brake set-up on!

Anyway the front wheels are on now. Just have to get my Axles re-drilled for the back (Hopefully this week) and Wraith to bring my 10's back from colac!

Fronts are 15x7 - with 215 tyres

Rears are 15x10 - with 265 tyres

Here are some pics of the fronts!

On the 10"s, the holes are for some kinda rivets to stop the tyre from rotating relatively to the wheel on launches in a big HP car right? Why are the holes aimed so poorly around the lip? lol

Yeah, Makka is spot on with the backspacing...

HAHA!, is that why he has gone all quiet?

Yeah mate, thats how they came. I am getting some Allen Key style bolts put in them to hide the holes a bit. They actually arent that poorly aimed... They are evenly spaced, then one high one low... if that makes sense? Ill put a pic up when i get them back!

Thanks for all the comments guys! I cant believe how much of a different feel they give the car! They are bloody sexy wheels!

Ahh yeah I saw that they were evenly spaced, but I didn't notice that pattern :P

Lol why don't you try and run the bolts/pins/rivets anyway? Then everyone will think it has way more balls than it does have lol, and realistically you don't change tyres very often, although I guess running street tyres kinda defeats the purpose :P

Yeah, thats why i am putting the bolts in the holes. It will look like the bolts are screwed into the tyres, but really they arent.

And hopefully one day it will have enough power to spin the tyres from the rim!!!

Nah haven't driven it yet. Still have to bleed the brakes. It does clip the front of the flare on full lock both ways. But i can trim the front corner of the flare to fix that...

I might try and bleed the brakes tonight when i get home from work... Although its a hard job to do on your own! :S

Hey Matty they look so cool i can't wait to see them on the back. I would love them on my hatch, it makes me think about selling the 15x10 hotwires.

If you put bolts in those holes will they still be able to get the tyre on?

Yeah, the threads are being grinded off on the back i think. And because its on the bead. i dont think it should leak.

I cant wait to get the backs on now! I am taking my axles to get done tomorrow. Then just waiting on the tyres to get fitted to the 10's!!!
