Wow! 11.4 @ 128 is awesome!

With that MPH, you should be getting closer to 10's!!!! What tyres do you run in the drags? Please don't say those 13's LOL

Thanks man , i was very happy too ! :D

The 11.4 @ 128MPH was run on 185/60/13s BF Goodrich Tyres, even left at the same tyre pressure as i drive on the street (same everything in-fact) No Bull :spoton:,

Your exactly right about the MPH Matt, 60ft time lets me down ,and i can't rev out 1st gear at the track due to spin, i could fit slicks/better tyres and think it would run a 10, but thats not how i will ever drive it around, so id just be kidding myself to then say "its a 10 sec car" when im only driving around on 185s.

426hp in that UC! The ULTIMATE sleeper. I would love to see peoples faces when they get smooooked! hehe

Thanks mate!

Its kinda like this.... :o............followed by............. :wtf:..............then..........

LOL !

Don't have actual cam spec's in front of me ATM Brett (sure ive posted them in this thread before ?) im to lazy to look through it all too ,Ha-ha, its quite a big cam for a turbo eng, combined with a big turbo it makes power late, it won't do too much till 3500+rpm, starts to pull then comes on very hard around 5000+rpm and pulls stupidly hard right up to max revs (7000rpm)

Thanks again, trust me, i am quite capable of fcuking sh*t up just as good as anyone, but honestly, fitting the RB30 is by far the best thing i've ever done to my torrie, (plus get the heater working, lol)

WOW! All i can say is  That is bloody incredible! You must want to try some bigger wheels with bigger tyres too see how fast it could go! You could lift the front wheels off the ground if you can get it to bite!

No Comment ! :tease: (but yeh) ha-ha !

In reality, most of the time i just drive like around like a grandmar, and the car drives just like a stocka so you don't feel the need to nail it everywhere.

so i guess its really not that bad, most of the time, honest :spoton:

Most people that know racing (such as yourself) can tell just how fast this car is from the MPH alone anyway !

Problem is, if i put decent tyres on and it "did" run faster than 11.00 sec, to be able to race again, id have to have a ANDRA licence & buy a new helmet, and fit a roll cage, harnesses and wear a full flame proof race suit, arm retraints/or window net, etc etc, plus mumstaxi having to line up in the lane for perm ANDRA Lic Drag cars would just look so wrong !

All that just to have a bit of fun in my street car  , so you can see ,i probably don't really ever want to run a 10 sec pass ?

Plus if it ever hooks up that hard, i bet the rest of the car will break and ill have more rides on a Tow Truck again

Ahhhh, I like your thinking! You need a track like Heathcote down here! You can go as fast as you want without any regulations! LOL

seen your car at powercruise mate. Wow! now thats a sleeper!

Ha,thanks mate, quite a few people said it was one of the best sleepers they had ever seen, was so funny the first day out on the track ,everyone just ignored me thinking im some stupid old guy in the wrong place and just drove on past :surrenderwave:

Then as the guys strapped mumstaxi on the dyno,i announced "its only a 6cyl" and i borrowed the car from my mum and she dosen't know im putting it on the dyno, the commentator asked the crowd what HP they all thought the UC would get ? most said around 80-100hp  (made 416rwhp on the day,ha-ha)

Things soon changed after i smoked a few tough V8s tho, i found cars started hunting me for a race.

Anyway, flogged the cr*p out of a fully loaded car for 3 very hot days, and still drove the car home on sunday night after the event closed :clappin:

I only ducked out there for about 1 1/2 hrs Steve, and the only time I seen you was on the track :wedgie: Doing this to a few cars haha. Would have loved a ride but I think I left it far to late to get out there.

Yeh Brett, you'll have to come out again next time you are in bris as well, i wont change anything before you arrive this time, so it will still be going full song !

Poor VL guy had a electrical fire under the dash, i think caused by a short near the fuse box (moved to behind the glovebox area) and ECU wires (autronic i think) all went up in flames, melted the dash and set the carpet on fire.

This was a nice car with a 400+HP eng, will need a bit of work to restore, but could have been way worse, and at least no body got hurt.

Good vids mate, looks like you had a ball in that thing, messing with peoples heads

Thanks mate, totally did !...yeh its not the nicest car ive ever owned, but sure is the most fun !

I should have more footage with some "Torana's" @ Powercuise up soon.(will post link in this thread)
