Yer all good just a couple of things to sort out & its all good.
Can you take a passenger ? If so grab a helmet & come for a run no problems. I should get mid to high 11s & get out of a 12.2 with any luck...

Just got my 3.55 LSD back today, just have to put the car back together so at this stage I'll be there.

I've seen the engine in Tony's GTR and would love to race him. :D :D :D

Terry - Just because I wont or may not have a Torana does not mean that I am jumping ship... made some really good friends on here and I intend staying on here, dont forget that we still have jnrGTR's car....

Are we going to start a list of attendee's...for the 18th then....also do we to go somewhere after the drags... a suggestion has been Harry's at Liverpool...(thanks James)

I will probably be with some mates but will keep an eye out for fellow forumers. Might drive the LJ out for a run (no racing) so keep an eye out for a red sedan in the car park.

One of my cars has a 2.5 to 1 diff ,the other a 3.08 to 1, not really suited for the Quarter,any one out there a 3.55 limo for sale ,

I raced mine with a 3.08 LSD that wasn't working properly - still had shirtloads of fun.

Would prefer to line up next to another 6 cyl Torana, rather than some Turbo 4 wheel boombox that blows me off the track :cry:

......Been looking forward to catching up but will have to let ya know closer to the day.

Haven't heard from GMH355 for a while but i see him in the background.
How those new axles going???

G'day ALX76, happy new year to all, yeah I'm still around. New billet axles are in. Funny thing has happened though, with better traction now from the M/T street radials and not being worried about snapping axles the engine seems to have developed more of a thirst for premium :D , go figure. I am going to try and get the fuel situation rectified before the 18th. If not I still plan to come out and say hi.

Seems like we will get to meet some other forum members. Thanks for the intiative Wayne to arrange another drag night. I am not going to add myself to the list just yet, should have a better idea by next week.

This night isnt really about bringing your own car ( we havent booked a lane or anything), it's mor about catching up... but remeber this! It's all about having fun no matter how quick down the 1/4 your car is!

At this event the trac should be WELL prepped as there is apparently a fuel car coming out to play.. so that should be ultra COOL!

Also keep an eye out for my mate running his front engine dragster, I'll likely spend a bit of time down in the pits at his place watching him stress out :)

Info for those forum members racing and joining is for the night, we will meet in or around the pitstop cafe which is located in the pits area around 5.00 to 6.00pm...

LEGAL OFF STREET DRAG RACING

Competitor Gates Open 4:30pm.
Racing from 6pm until 11pm.
Spectator Gates Open at 5:00pm.

Competitors: $50
Spectators: $20

KIDS UNDER 12 FREE

Event Information :
Full Throttle Fridays return to Western Sydney International Dragway and this time they will be harder on the hammer than ever before!

If you own a Street Legal Car, you will be welcome as always to rip down the quarter mile, just like our hugely popular Wicked Wednesdays!

However, if you are an ANDRA Licensed Drag Racer, you are also welcome to participate at our Full Throttle Fridays, with no limits whatsoever this season, with the exciting opportunity to test race heads up with no DYO arrangements.

Pre-enter for the event only open to ANDRA licence holders. Money is not refundable, however your entry will be credited for a future event if it has been CANCELLED by WSID.



With other goodies set to implemented to hype out these events this season, WSID will be Full Throttle in every way imaginable!
