Had a few last minute things to do. Harness mounts and welding in some extra steel to prevent the trailing arm bolts holes from flogging out as well as throwing a front end together to get the thing rolling!!
Anyway, will definatley get some pics up tomorrow night, they are all on other people's camera's!!
Now for an early night!!

She's taken a big hit in the ass with a previous owner which was much worse than I realised.
by no means perfect now, but a hell of alot better than it was, mate of mine has done an awesome job. Should hopefully be painted in the next week or two if all goes to plan, just doing it in it's original colour with no flares. Will hopefully look good with the 16x8 Superlites.
Machine work on engine has started, only hold up will be the rods that I'm waiting on from the states, otherwise engine will hopefully come together quickly.
Just need to find some HQ - HZ stubs and I'll start making my caliper brackets.

Since last post, motor has been finished, car is now rolling with motor box etc fitted. All I have to finish off is electrics, get tail shaft built and plumb the brakes. I had a productive week last month getting it from bare shell to what you see now. I've been away for work the last 3 weeks, but I'll be home in about 10 days with high hopes to be firing her up and maybe even taking her for a maiden voyage! Here are a couple of quick pics the better half sent me the other day.
To be entirely honest I'm not super happy with the panel and paint, but it will do for now. Just cant wait to drive it, hopefully I'll be able to upload some video of her first being fired into life, fingers crossed.

The car looks great, well done!
I'm building my Hatch for IPRA without flares, and I notice your running the superlites like me, what size wheel and offset did you go for on the front? I want to run 225X50X16 on an 8" rim under the standard guards, but I reckon it might be a bit of a squeeze..
cheers,
Sam

350LH, they are a 16x8 with a +4 offset (from memory). They appear at this stage to clear everything, although it is very close on the front guards, but with a bit of neg camber they should be ok. All guard lips have been rolled.
