Did you have any clearance problems with the front spoiler (or any where else) with the 17" wheels?
Yes I do have issues. They JUST touch the spoiler, as in just mark the paint. They are 215's on the front.

With the right offset 215/40/17 will not rub on the front spoiler of an unflared LX.

I don't know what offset mine were and they might have been 215/45/17's, but they did rub.

I dont know about 19's...
But i think the wheels on this car are absolutely perfect! I "think" they are 18's, but may be 17's... but i didnt check... It was at Vic Supercruz! My favourite torana in a long time!

Damn those Show Intro wheels on that first hatch look sweet. I've been waiting to see them on a nice hatch for ages.

the fronts rubbed on the rolled guard, plus it doesnt look fast, plus i built it to go around corners. lifting it up makes it look a bit more aggressive, and it doesnt rub. dont know if it handles yet.

All depends on the wheels, these are 19 x 8.5 on mine and i think they look alright, nice and simple design and not too much bling

yep thats right, before i bought my simmons they were the exact wheels i wanted and only 18 and 19's were available at the time unless its changed, i also thought 18's would be too big and going by that, i was wrongBut i think the wheels on this car are absolutely perfect! Unfortunately the motor has no compression in cyl no 7 after Vic Supercruz. The engine is coming out.

Well done IFA355 mate. A great hatch. Mine is in bits at the moment but I was thinking 17s or 18s with flares. Where did you come up with that brake package on the front? Its awesome. Some details would be great. Cheers
