Where are you getting this 12mm master cylinder depth from ?
Are you sure that cylinder of yours says P6615 not P6613 and your eyes are going ?

Yaeh cant work that one out as well...when I just redid it it was 40mm in the rod hole on the M/C to the body with the new tip on it.....less 15mm to the bolt up face makes 25mm....Only thing I can think of is the small nut style head on the rod end wasnt allowing the end to go right into the M/C cavity.

Just re -read it worked out what I meant...it was sticking out from the bolt up face 12mm...I wasnt reffering to M/C depth. Anyway all is good..150mm to face...25mm into M/C..less reaction disc.
