I wont be out on the saturday, I have a bloody engagement party to go to on saturday night! so saturday will be spent making sure everything is good to go!

But there was talk of a cruise, though nothing had been arranged.

Start a new thread and organise a cruise then kids.
Make it reasonably simple for those from far away, and above all, drive safe and legal.

a drive into newcastle and around the beaches and back wont be a problem. im sure the people coming from a far will only want a 20 min drive into newcastle anyways.i will work something out in the next week or so. not sure on numbers myself but there should be over 40 toranas for this.

Hi Guys

well the numbers have just hit 131 pre-entrants!! We are only 23 off our total from last year!!

This is a reminder to the Clubs about your club area on the day.

I cannot, and will not, hold an area for a club if I do not know numbers.

To that end, by 14th I will need to know your numbers..

The clubs concerned are;
HVTC
A9X CLUB
QTC
STC
NSWTC
CTC
GTR & XU1 (NSW)
GTR & XU1 (QLD)
VTC

if there are any other clubs coming that I have missed, please let me know.

ALSO..

Is it feasible to set aside an area for those Forums members, who are not part of a club?
If you guys think that's a good idea, I will need someone to co-ordinate numbers for this "club".

I know that at least 3 cars from the STC - Southern Branch are also attending, you do have STC on your list but I didn't see Southern Branch. It would be good if we can get all the Canberra cars parked together but I have no idea how many are making the trip. Myself and another Canberra Car are leaving here Friday morning and the majority will be leaving here Saturday morning. If I were to guess I would say about 10 to 12 spots for Canberra cars which includes both clubs.

Not to worry, I have allocated the CTC and the STC-SB 12 spaces :spoton:

Hi Mick, not trying to increase your workload but perhaps if space allows the stc/southern and CTC might be placed in the one proximity? Unless of course someone contacts you and expresses a different desire :)
